I have seen several homes built by V. Patrick Gray Custom Homes.  I have always been impressed with the quality craftsmanship, design, amenities and overall style of the homes.  The homes have very livable floorpans, focusing on family life and allowing for great entertaining spaces.  Mud rooms, butler panties, expanded utility rooms and screened outdoor spaces are some of my favorite features.  Pat has a very creative eye as how to maximize the livable space in a house design.  I am very comfortable and confident in recommending V.
