Final Plan Review, Specs, & Contract
With the final plans complete, we will review with you in detail and make sure we’re aligned with the details of your home, budget, selections, and allowances. Once everyone agrees, we will sign the contract and proceed to gather permit documents to get your project started. You'll get access to our project management software where you will have full visibility of your project.
