Whether you have a complete set of plans, want to purchase one of our properties, or are starting from scratch, we're

    Vision Meeting

    Setting the Vision

    Bring your ideas, wants, and desires to discuss how we can make your dream home come to life! We will establish parameters, timelines, preliminary pricing, and discuss the details of your future home. We'll let you know what you can expect from VPG regarding next steps and our goal to exceed your expectations with communication, transparency, and expertise.

    Design Meeting

    Designing Your Dream

    If you already have your own set of plans or want to use your own architect, you can move to the next step! If not, we would love to be a part of helping you design your home. We can help with this phase of your home as much as you’d like with design recommendations while keeping cost in mind.

    Push Go

    Final Plan Review, Specs, & Contract

    With the final plans complete, we will review with you in detail and make sure we’re aligned with the details of your home, budget, selections, and allowances. Once everyone agrees, we will sign the contract and proceed to gather permit documents to get your project started. You'll get access to our project management software where you will have full visibility of your project.

    Construction Milestones

    Your Dream Takes Shape

    The exciting part begins! With daily on-site supervision and quality control, we ensure your project takes shape without you having to micromanage every detail. You will receive weekly updates, progress photos, and interior renderings to fine tune details. We will help to guide you through the construction process without making it overwhelming.
